Public Environmental Review Available for Comment
In accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1986, Burrup Nitrates Pty Ltd, a 50:50 joint venture between Burrup Holdings Ltd of Australia and Yara International ASA of Norway, has prepared a Public Environmental Review (PER) that describes the Technical Ammonium Nitrate Production Facility Project and its likely effects on the environment.
The PER is available for public comment from the 8 February 2010 with submissions closing on the 5 April 2010.
